Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is a gem! The rooms are beautifully designed with high ceilings, crown moulding, and decorative wood doors, giving them so much character. My room had a queen-size bed, a writing desk, a cushy chair, and a cozy living room area with a couch, coffee table, and TV. The upper-level location added to the charm. The service was top-notch and accommodating, with a staff that felt like your closest family. The location is simply perfect, just a couple of blocks from the ocean and all the entertainment of Third Street Promenade. The only downside was the parking situation, but the rest was terrific. The dining experience was excellent, especially with the option of a suite's kitchen to save on expensive dining out. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet part of Santa Monica, offering spacious rooms with some charm but having a bit of a smell issue. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff going out of their way to make your stay memorable. The location is excellent, providing a quiet retreat that is still close to the bustling beach and promenade. The dining experience is quite nice, especially in the garden setting, though it can get pricey. Overall, a decent value for the money.
I felt like I was staying in a cozy 1920's Spanish-style apartment in a quiet Santa Monica neighborhood. The rooms were a bit old and dark but had a large living room, high beamed ceilings, large windows, a complete kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. The service was very welcoming and hospitable, making me feel like I was staying at a charming B&B. The hotel's location was superb, close to the beach and within walking distance of the bustling 3rd street. Dining was delightful with fair prices and a lovely setting in the garden. The hotel offers a great mix of modern amenities in a classic atmosphere.
I was thrilled with the size and amenities of the rooms, although some design elements felt a bit out of place. The service was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The hotel's location was superb, close to the beach and convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The dining options were of high quality, but there were some delays. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor inconveniences.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely with high ceilings, the lobby and gardens were gorgeous, and the staff were exceptional in handling emergencies. However, the room was a bit cold even with the heater on.
My stay at this hotel was just perfect! The location is unbeatable, with only a short walk to the beach and the vibrant shopping area. The rooms were cozy and well-priced, offering a great view and comfortable beds. The service was so warm and inviting, making me feel like I was among old friends. Although the dining option was limited, the value for money was excellent. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Santa Monica.
